Obidos
The Obidos region is well-known for its cherry liqueur called Ginjinha d'Obidos, and no trip to Obidos is complete without savoring this sweet-tasting drink in one of the town's small bars, as we did. The walled town provides a charming backdrop that is reminiscent of epic movies. We were fortunate enough to explore the area during sunset, which is the ideal time to enjoy the beauty of Obidos. Experience Obidos by taking a self-guided tour from the gate to the castle. It's a simple and enjoyable way to explore the town.
